Elon Musk’s April Fools’ joke was a doozie.

Today is March 31, 2022. That means tomorrow is April Fools’ Day. For some weird reason, I connect April Fools’ Day to Elon Musk. Here’s why:

Tesla Goes Bankrupt Palo Alto, California, April 1, 2018 — Despite intense efforts to raise money, including a last-ditch mass sale of Easter Eggs, we are sad to report that Tesla has gone completely and totally bankrupt. So bankrupt, you can’t believe it.

I’m wondering how many investors suffered heart attacks before he fessed up? You were a bad boy, Elon.

He was mysteriously quiet on April 1, 2019. Although, I DID hold my breath because SpaceX was preparing for the launch of Falcon Heavy on April 11. It seems I always stand outside in my yard and look to the sky every time there’s a launch from the Cape. Elon never fails to take my breath away when SpaceX rockets go airborne. This time, two rocket boosters touched down on landing pads near the launch pad. The best part was the center booster. That booster went farther than the other two, and it nailed the landing on a floating platform in the Atlantic Ocean.
